Professor Carol Bartlo from Daemen University noticed that incoming business students came into her course with a lower level of skills than she had expected, and they struggled to communicate effectively. But after using peer assessment with Kritik, her students were exposed to their peers’ diverse perspectives and multiple feedback on the same assignment, which in turn helped them improve their writing over the course of the term.
